Subscription terms

These terms govern the purchase of the SABIO Basic, Intermediate and Advanced plans from Predativa ([PREENCHER razão social], CNPJ [PREENCHER]) through this website.

1. What you purchase

Setup fee: the SABIO equipment (lacewing production units) in the quantity stated in the quote, delivered to the property. On the Advanced plan, it also includes the automated biounit, installation and training of your team on the property; the team’s travel is calculated from the distance to the delivery municipality and is already included in the quote. On the Basic and Intermediate plans, you install the equipment yourself, with remote guidance from Predativa. The equipment is [PREENCHER: vendido ao cliente / cedido em comodato durante a assinatura].
Subscription for the period: the rearing supplies for the planned applications, follow-up on each cycle and access to the Predativa software, according to the plan:
- Basic: WhatsApp alerts for each step for up to 2 people; no access to the web dashboard.
- Intermediate: web dashboard and alerts for up to 3 users.
- Advanced: web dashboard, alerts with an AI assistant and up to 6 users.
Additional users: can be added per plan, at the monthly price stated in the quote.
Technical assistance: according to the plan (Basic 30 min/month, Intermediate 1 h/month, Advanced 2 h/month).

2. Quote and price

The quote is calculated from your answers to the assessment (area, crops, delivery location, number of people and applications per year) and is valid for 30 days.
The amount shown already includes the fee for the chosen payment method (Pix, boleto or credit card in up to 12 instalments). If you choose a different payment method at checkout, [PREENCHER: a Predativa pode cobrar a diferença / mantém o valor].
If the assessment information does not match the property (for example, a larger area), Predativa may revise the quote before delivery, and you may withdraw at no cost.

3. Payment, delivery and access

The purchase is confirmed when the payment is approved. Pix and card are confirmed within minutes; boleto within up to 3 business days.
Delivery time (and installation time, on the Advanced plan): as stated in the quote, counted from payment confirmation. With a credit card, the time is 15 days longer.
Software access: on the Intermediate and Advanced plans, the account holder receives an e-mail with a link to create a password (valid for 72 hours). On the Basic plan, alerts arrive on WhatsApp.

4. Right of withdrawal (7 days)

Because this is a purchase made outside a commercial establishment, you may withdraw within 7 days of the purchase or of receiving the equipment, whichever is later (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code). In that case:

we refund all amounts paid, using the same payment method;
the equipment must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered; Predativa arranges and pays for the pickup;
access to the software is closed.

5. Cancellation after 7 days

The subscription for each period is purchased for the term stated in the quote (the number of applications chosen in the assessment, one per month, plus 1 month for the first generation of lacewings to start laying eggs). To cancel the renewal, give notice at least [PREENCHER] dias before the end of the period.

6. Renewal and non-payment

At the end of each period, Predativa sends the renewal quote with the price of the new period.
If the renewal is not paid, software access may be suspended [PREENCHER] dias after the due date. The property’s data is kept for [PREENCHER] and access returns as soon as the payment is settled.

7. Responsibilities

Predativa delivers the equipment, the supplies and the technical follow-up. The results of biological control also depend on management on the property, the weather and following the application schedule.
You agree to provide correct information in the assessment and to keep the equipment in the conditions of use explained at installation.
