This policy explains how Predativa ([PREENCHER razão social], CNPJ [PREENCHER]) processes the personal data collected on this website, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

What data we collect

Assessment: name, WhatsApp, e-mail, name of the property or company (optional), profile, area, crops, pests, use of biological control, management needs, state, municipality, CEP (postal code), number of people who will use the system, applications per year and use of drones.
Purchase: plan, payment method and instalments chosen, order and payment details (processed by Wix; we do not receive card details).
Contact form: name, e-mail, WhatsApp and message.
Subscriber area: login and subscription details, managed by the Wix platform.
Browsing: technical data needed for the website to work. [PREENCHER: ferramentas de análise ou cookies de marketing, se houver.]

What we use it for

To recommend the most suitable plan and send you that recommendation.
To contact you to present the solution, schedule installation and provide support.
To calculate the quote and manage the subscription, billing and software access.
To create your account in the Predativa system automatically after payment and send the activation e-mail.

Legal basis

Data from the assessment and the form is processed based on your consent, recorded with date and time when you submit it. Subscription data is processed for the performance of the contract.

We do not sell personal data. These processors handle data on our behalf:

Wix (Wix.com Ltd.): website, contact list, checkout and payment processing.
Predativa system (hosted on Render, with the database on Neon): the software access account created after purchase.
Resend: sending account activation and password reset e-mails.
ViaCEP: looking up the state and municipality from the CEP entered in the assessment.
